A: Yes, the franchise fee for a single unit is reduced by $5,000.

A: Yes, our fast lube centers operate using LubeSoft© software, a comprehensive computerized operating, inventory, and management system.

Q: How much is your franchise fee and what percentage is your royalty fee?
A: Our franchise fee is $30,000 and our royalty fee is 6% of gross sales

Q: Do you assist in locating sites?
A: Yes, we offer professional site selection and demographic assistance. At Victory Lane, we have our own proprietary model for assessing the potential of all of our sites and must approve each site before building can commence.

Q: Do you offer building designs, building plans, or a construction company that can build our location?
A: Yes, through our preferred vendors program, Victory Lane offers comprehensive state-of-the-art pre-engineered buildings that are moveable, extendable, and environmentally safer than most conventional buildings. These building also tend to reduce construction times by about 50%.

Q: Does Victory Lane offer training?
A: Yes, we offer a comprehensive Lube School training program including:

Q: Who owns the building and property?
A: The franchisees will own the land and building or lease from a third party.
