Derrick B. Oxender, Founder and President

Derrick is a seasoned veteran in the franchising industry, having established Victory Lane Quick Oil Change, Inc. in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 1980. He has served as the company’s president for the last twenty-four years and has been a successful franchisee, real-estate developer, and entrepreneur. When Derrick entered the market, the quick oil change/fast lube industry was in its infancy.

Jane is truly one of the pioneers in the quick oil change industry. Jane has been instrumental in the development of Victory Lane Quick Oil Change, Inc. For over twenty four years she has nurtured the growth of the company’s marketing, operations, training, and franchise support departments.
